We are still finalising the Thursday workshop line up. Once it is set we will put the combo, which covers both days, and standalone workshop tickets on sale together.
Booking a conference ticket now does not shut you out. You will be able to add the workshop day when it opens.

Prices rise as we get closer
Four tiers, one direction, and no hidden fees. Each tier is capped as well as dated, so a tier can sell out before the date shown. When it does, the next one opens straight away. The earlier you book, the less you pay.

Regulars at our meetups get a community discount. The code goes out to all taqelah! community members before early bird opens.
Discounts cannot be combined. Full refund and free name transfers up to and including 1 February 2027, after which tickets are non-refundable. See Good to know for the full terms.
Booking for a team
Bringing five or more people, or your finance team cannot pay by card? We will invoice you. Email syam.sasi@taqelah.sg with your company name, billing address and how many seats you need.

Tell us the seat count. We quote you, with a group rate for larger bookings.

We send a proper invoice. Pay by bank transfer or PayNow, whichever suits your finance team.

You get a booking code for your seats. Each person on your team books with it, so everyone has their own ticket, their own badge, and their own dietary preferences on file.
Names do not have to be decided up front. Share the code with your team and they can book any time before we close registration.
Travelling in from the region
TTC is for the whole of South East Asia, and we would rather sort your paperwork early than watch you miss it. If you need a visa to enter Singapore, we will write you an invitation letter.
Book your ticket first, tick the visa letter box at checkout, then email syam.sasi@taqelah.sg with your full name as it appears on your passport, your nationality and your passport number. Please give us plenty of time, applications can take several weeks.
Good to know
Can I send a colleague instead if I cannot make it? +
Yes, and it is free, any time up to 1 February 2027. Email contact@taqelah.sg with the new attendee's name and email and we will move the ticket across.
What is the refund policy? +
- Full refund up to and including 1 February 2027. Email contact@taqelah.sg and we will process it.
- From 2 February 2027 tickets are non-refundable, as venue and catering numbers are committed by then.
- Free name transfer to a colleague any time up to 1 February 2027.
- If TTC is cancelled or the date changes, every ticket is refunded in full.
- No-shows are not refunded.
Do I need to attend both days? +
No. The conference day on Friday stands on its own, and that is what is on sale today. The Thursday workshop day is a separate ticket that goes on sale in November 2026, so you can add it later or skip it entirely.
Are the talks recorded? +
We record the conference talks and publish them afterwards, as we do with our community events. Workshops are hands on and are not recorded.
I have a dietary requirement. Will you cater for it? +
Yes. We ask at checkout, including halal, vegetarian and no beef or pork options. Tell us there and catering will have your numbers well in advance.
What is expected of me at the event? +
That you help make TTC a place everyone can enjoy. Everyone attending agrees to our Code of Conduct at checkout, and we take it seriously.
